Neglected/overly soiled homes/areas/items, pet waste, bodily fluids, outdoor windows/áreas (Exterior), walls/ceilings (Post-Construction service only), hoarding, moving items over 20 lbs, grout/mold cleaning, and carpet/upholstery steam cleaning are not part of their regular cleaning service.
Wey offer a free reclean if you’re unhappy, provided you notify them within 24 hours of the original service and schedule the reclean within 48 hours. Certain conditions apply (Not applicable to cleanings older than 24 hours, items not on the checklist, free/re-cleans, homes in non-standard condition, extra services not booked, post-construction/move-out cleans).

For partial home cleaning, they offer an hourly service with a 3-hour minimum per person.
You can leave specific instructions and special requests when booking online and provide feedback afterward.
For example, if you will need a team of two cleaners cleaning for 2 hours equates to 4 hours of cleaning hours.
Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice have no fee.
Less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a fee of 50% of the service rate for cancellation and a flat $50 for rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice results in a 100% service rate cancellation fee and a flat $50 rescheduling fee. This policy applies to all service types.
